Most Watch lovers ask whether turtle Seiko is perfect for diving or not! Yes, it’s most likely one of the finest low-cost dive watches on the market right now. So, it’s your time to discover the seas.
The Turtle debuted in 1976, exclusively for the Japanese market. With a depth rating of 150 meters, it served as an impressive piece of gear that was ideal for recreational divers. The original, ref. 6306-7000/1, featured a 60-click bezel and a black dial with oversized lume markers in a variety of blocky shapes. The Seiko Turtle is a dive watch and a vintage one at that. So it’s a bit large and best suited for casual or business-casual wear.
However, this gilt version has a special place in my heart because it’s such a reliable choice at a very reasonable price.
